How To Meditate: Spiritual Enlightenment

Meditation is a discipline where one attempts to go beyond the reactive, “thinking” mind and into a deeper state of spiritual awareness.

Meditation is established on three base levels:

  1. Alpha beginner—attention on objects, etc.
  2. Beta more advanced—attention on the inner being.

The Sahasrara Chakra is a thousand petal Lotus manifesting on the physical nerves under the surface of the head. It is also the integration of all the lower Chakras fusing their powers and rising up for our enlightenment onto the realm of the universal light consciousness. What Are Chakra’s?

The name Chakra comes from the Sanskrit word meaning “spinning wheel”. There are 12 Chakras, 7 of the physical body and another 5 above, that allow ascension to the higher dimensional planes as we evolve beyond the 3rd dimension.

These spinning energy wheels rotate at a divine frequency, acting as the transducer of the pure universal divine love (light) energy (God) as it enters and merges through the human physical form. What is Kundalini?
